PRIVACY NOTICE AND TERMS OF USE

Thank you for visiting D’Amato Conversano, Inc., P.C.’s (referred to herein as “DCI,” the “Company,” “we,” or “our(s)”) website (“the Site”). This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the “Policy”) is intended to disclose to users (“you,” “your,” or “user(s)”) our practices related to your privacy when accessing and interacting with the Site, as well as other terms governing use of the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you signify you have read and understand this Notice.

Cookies and Information Collected by the Site

You do not need to provide any information when you visit the Site. However, the Site uses cookies to collect and store information about its users. Cookies are small blocks of data created by a web server while a user is browsing a website and placed on the device used to access a website.

Strictly Necessary Cookies - These Cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these Cookies, but then some parts of the Site will not work. These Cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Performance Cookies - These Cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Website. All information these Cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these Cookies we will not know when you have visited our Site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.

Functional Cookies - These Cookies allow the Site to remember choices you make. These Cookies enable the Website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these Cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.

Targeting Cookies – We do not currently use targeting cookies.

The Site uses both first- and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are used to remember the user’s session, logged-in state (for admin access), and a user’s third-party cookie choice. These facilitate communication between the user and the Site only and are not used externally. Third-party cookies are used by Google to track a specific user across multiple visits to the Site and can be used to share information about the user with the rest of the Google ecosystem and their partners. DCI is provided data related thereto in the form of user and Site analytics which DCI uses to enhance the user experience. DCI does not sell or share user information outside of the use of cookies administered by Google Analytics. DCI does not control Google’s sharing or use of information derived from the use of third-party cookies; therefore, your interactions with Google and its features are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Site, refusing them will impact how the Site functions. You can always block or delete cookies by changing your browser settings and force blocking all cookies on this Site. But doing so will always prompt you to accept/refuse cookies when revisiting our site.

We fully respect if you want to refuse cookies; however, to avoid asking you again and again we will store a cookie to remember your selection. You are free to opt out any time or opt in for other cookies to get a better experience. If you refuse cookies, we will remove all set cookies in our domain. We can provide you with a list of stored cookies on your computer in our domain so you can check what we stored. For security reasons we are not able to show or modify cookies from other domains. You can check these in your browser security settings.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Please note that this Site may link to other non-DCI websites. For example, the Site contains links to social media platforms that allow users to view additional information about the Company, and you may choose to use “like” or share buttons on these social media platforms. These features may collect information about you, including your browser ID, IP address, and which page you are visiting on our Website; they may also set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These features are hosted by a third party. Any information that you disclose when participating in the social networking features, forums, or discussions (including creating a profile or submitting a comment to a story or blog or in a discussion thread), such as your full name and any nickname, is likely to become public. This information may be posted on the Site. In addition, DCI may use, copy, sublicense, modify, transmit, publicly perform, display, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, and/or adapt any user materials, and any information contained therein, in any and all media formats.

As another example, the Site may be used to access current job postings with our Company. Users may submit employment applications in response to these postings through a direct link to third-party firm ADP, which will, in turn, prompt the user to submit biographical and other personal information (e.g., name, home address, email, telephone number, etc.). This information is solicited solely in connection with DCI’s evaluation of potential employment applicants for purposes of assessing their qualifications for the prospective employment and to abide with applicable law.

When you use a link to visit a third-party website, you will be subject to that website’s privacy and security practices, which may differ from DCI's practices. You should familiarize yourself with the privacy policy, terms of use, and security practices of the linked third-party website before providing any personal information on that website. DCI does not control or monitor the practices of third-party websites.
